Can I cancel the mentorship?
Yes. Open Subscriptions in your account and cancel. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.
How do I get my supplier?
By email, straight after payment. It goes to the address you type at checkout, so check the spelling. Not in your inbox after ten minutes? Look in spam, then email us.
How does the multi-buy discount work?
Put two or more suppliers in your cart and the discount shows at checkout: 15% off two, 25% off three or more. It covers single suppliers only, because the Full Supplier Bundle is already priced as a bundle.
Are the suppliers legit?
We check every supplier before we sell it. We take a supplier off when it stops delivering.
I have never resold anything. Where do I start?
Start with one brand and the Reselling Guide. Place a small first order, list it, and learn what sells before you spend more.
Can I get a refund?
Suppliers are digital and delivered instantly, so we cannot take one back after you download it. If a link is dead or a file will not open, email us and we will fix it or refund you. The full rules are on the Refund policy page.
Which supplier should I buy first?
The one for the brand you already see selling in your area on Vinted. Ralph Lauren knitwear and North Face fleeces are the easiest first flips for most people.
